We don't use an off-the-shelf blend and call it specialty. Our house coffee is Number Three — a full-bodied medium roast built from three origins: Colombia (40%), Brazil (30%), and India (30%), processed using both washed and natural methods to layer complexity into every cup.
The name isn't arbitrary. The beans rotate with the seasons, but the blend will always draw from three distinct origins — because balance, not simplicity, is what makes a great everyday coffee. In the cup, you'll find notes of chocolate, dark honeycomb, and Brazil nuts: deep, lingering, and smooth enough to drink at any hour without apology.
Every espresso is dialled in properly. Our baristas understand what's behind the blend — the relationship between grind, extraction, and temperature; the difference between a flat white that's genuinely silky and one that's just warm and milky. These details matter to us because they're what separate a forgettable cup from one you think about on the way home.
